NOME is an elite Nordic Mentoring programme that connects the most promising life science startups with highly skilled relevant professionals to help them reach their commercial goals and technology milestones.
As a part of the programme, NOME also provides a unique opportunity for the startups to participate in a NOME US camp. It is a chance to gain access to specific US advice via a team of US mentors, subject matter expertise, and potential US partners and investors.
NOME supports the commercialisation of your technology and strengthens your business.
Two years of mentoring by a team of 3-- 4 World-class mentors, selected among the most experienced leaders from the life science industry internationally
The NOME US Camp is a 6-day intensive workshop in the San Francisco Bay Area for selected NOME startups. Companies receive tailored mentorship from US-based experts in IP, regulatory, market access, and more. Each startup is matched with mentors in advance to shape a highly personalized program. The camp includes one-on-one sessions, networking events, and the CLSI FAST International Showcase.
It’s a unique opportunity to explore US market entry and build valuable connections in the life sciences ecosystem.
C-level Sessions are exclusive, founder-to-founder roundtables designed for startup executives in the NOME program.
Each session brings together 4–6 C-level leaders to openly discuss real challenges, share insights, and exchange advice.
These peer-to-peer conversations focus on the topics that matter most to company leadership—strategy, growth, team dynamics, fundraising, and more.
It’s a confidential and collaborative space where startup leaders support each other with practical experience and honest dialogue.
The sessions foster trust, perspective, and lasting connections across the NOME community.

Through these partnerships, startups gain access to expert feedback, potential collaboration opportunities, and a deeper understanding of market dynamics and commercial pathways.
Corporate partners may also contribute to mentoring, pilot projects, or even co-development discussions, helping companies bridge the gap between innovation and industry needs.
This connection to the corporate world helps NOME startups validate, scale, and refine their solutions with real market input.
It’s where innovation meets industry—opening doors that matter.
Matchmaking is at the heart of the NOME experience. Once a startup is accepted into the program, we work closely with the founders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
Based on this, NOME’s team identifies and handpicks mentors from our extensive network who bring the right mix of experience, expertise, and perspective.
Startups are then invited to pitch to a group of mentors, allowing both sides to explore potential fit and interest.
From there, mentors and companies are matched organically—based on mutual alignment, shared goals, and genuine interest.
The result? Tailored mentorship relationships that are high-value, high-trust, and built to last.
