World-class Life Science Mentoring

There is a fundamental thing that is built into this program that is intangible in a way because you just have this kind of intrinsic trust in your mentors. That creates a safe space to discuss new things or new initiatives internally. We've had this arena where we could just be very open about everything that's going on in the company.

The NOME program for me was really a safe place where I could have the opportunity to test things I was presenting and communicating to investors and the board.

Through NOME we were able to get advice that we could not have afforded otherwise.

I think the best part of the mentoring from the NOME program was the top-level advisory we received. For me it was the opportunity to access top-level mentors that really expanded my horizon toward what kind of business and what kind of reality I was entering.

Thanks to the advice received from NOME we expanded our team from 15-20 people.

The NOME mentors served like an advisory board who "worked as a team" to challenge my ideas and gave me honest feedback from an independent perspective.

In particular, the specific insights on the fundraising strategy and which steps to take when, were very valuable - even after graduation I would consider reaching out to my NOME mentors for further advice.
